Carbon fiber is a high-performance carbon material with a carbon content of more than 90% and a fibrous shape. Its diameter is about 5-15um, and it presents a straddle graphite structure (Figure 1). Carbon fiber has a series of excellent physical and chemical properties, such as high specific modulus, high specific strength, low density, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, electrical conductivity, radiation resistance and easy processing.
