Job Description:
Requirements:
1. Full-time master's degree or above;
2. Science and engineering background, new energy, materials, chemistry, chemical, machinery, automation and other related majors are preferred;
3. Experience in lithium battery, sodium battery, super electric, electrode material development and related analysis and testing is preferred;
4. Have the ability to undertake scientific research projects and develop new products separately;
5. Strong hands-on ability, good experimental design and data analysis ability;

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sodium ion battery system design and development and process optimization;
2. Responsible for the development of electrochemical evaluation methods for hard carbon anode materials;
3. Responsible for the management and upgrading of the pilot line of energy storage devices;
4, assist the material research and development and quality department to solve product quality problems, put forward improvement measures and methods, guide process implementation and production improvement;
5. Participate in the development of international/national/industry standards;
6. Excavation and patent application;
7, according to the research and development management standards, responsible for updating the project process documents/database, preparing document templates, summarizing the progress of the project stage and other results.
