Requirements:
1. Full-time master's degree or above;
2. Science and engineering background, new energy industry, materials, chemistry, chemical, machinery, automation and other related majors are preferred; with energy storage carbon materials research and development experience is preferred;
3. Have the ability to undertake scientific research projects and develop new products separately;
4. Serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, with good innovation spirit and team spirit;
5. Proficient in using office, mintab and other office software.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the system optimization of lithium/sodium anode materials, the introduction and development of new energy storage carbon materials;
2, responsible for the development of negative material research and development goals and plans, set up new product trial environment and test platform to meet the production and market requirements of new products and their manufacturing process conditions;
3, responsible for the material or new product transfer tracking, problem solving, production support (including training process engineers), to ensure the stability of the production process;
4, assist the quality department to solve product quality problems, put forward improvement measures and methods, guide process implementation and production improvement;
5, according to the research and development management standards, responsible for updating the project process documents/database, preparing document templates, summarizing the progress of the project stage, sorting out papers and other results.
